Avoid this ER at all costs. Dr. Lombardo or Lombardi whatever he chooses to go by, is the worst dr I’ve ever experienced. My mother was a patient and he treated her horribly. Doesn’t care about his patients and is insanely rude. I have never experienced a dr. treating someone like this. How does he even have a job here when there are numerous reviews on how horrible he is????? Will never visit any IHC facility. Gaslights his patients.

I could share a lot of things I didn’t like about my visit the other day, but the one I will share here is that I was left in a room for four hours and had asked for a glass of water multiple times and no one brought me one. Even in the doctor’s clinic notes he noted dehydration as one of my symptoms. They connected me to a lactated ringer IV and the bag was empty for a long time before they came to change to a second bag. The same thing happened with the second bag. Can’t wait for the copy pasted response they’re going to reply to my review with!! This was the worst experience I’ve had in a medical facility. My I.V. Port wasn’t put in properly and I was in so much pain. The nurse who administered it left and they gave no update on what they were going to be putting in the I.V. Port. Do not come to this hospital. My husband came to be seen in the worst pain and he refused to give any type of medicine to help. Didn't do damn near anything at all except give him a refill of medication already has! Dr. Lombard clearly doesn't know how to do his job and should lose his medical license for his lack of care and empathy towards patients. If you're looking for a real doctor who really cares you won't find it here.

i’ve had to go to this er a few different times over the last few years for different things and i absolutely hate it. i always try to push off whatever’s going on as long as possible because everytime i do end up going in im treated like i am the most dramatic burden that the have to deal with. i went in on monday with some issues they did an xray and the problems were very much there and very real and they just discharged me and told me to follow up with my primary care. i understand that it’s an emergency room and not for... read more
