Went here for two years. Definitely a part of the troubled teen industry that isn’t addressed. Still traumatized to this day
We arrived at Intermountain broken and at a loss for what to do with a child who could not access any of the support systems we had in place. At the end of our rope, we turned to the wonderful team at Intermountain Residential. This is a very hard road, to have a young kid with severe behavioral and mental health issues. 30 years later, it still looks the same.
this is the worst place ever. i went their for a year and was super soft and scared. they treat you like a baby. you can basically compare it to prison.
I hated this experience it was the worst thing in my life personally it was traumatizing and I spent hours on end crying in the office with a person right next to me not in a good way
