Just a short little review but… Dr. Wenner and Mr. Shipp are amazing support! Mr. Shipp is an excellent choice if you are looking to not be on all kinds of medication. His goal isn’t to keep you there, it’s to help you heal. Same goes for Dr. Wenner! As amazing as my experience has been there was one therapist I struggled with. Ms. Stuart and I had a virtual meeting one day, I was in crisis and needed company badly. She ended our call 20 minutes in knowing I have suicidal tendencies.
Dr. Raja greatly damaged my trust in mental health professionals with his profound disrespect for my time and unprofessional follow-up. This really disappointed me, as my usual doctor (Kerri Hamil-Weeks, she is phenomenal) is out on maternity leave and needed to see someone else. I hoped her fill-in would be able to meet her standards for professional courtesy, but instead I feel like I might be better off just going off my meds until she gets back (I'll end up in the hospital, but I might have better chances of receiving qu... read more
After spending a night in the emergancy room the night before my appointment I called to reschedule my appointment the morning of because I did not feel well enough to go. They said because I called to reschedule same day regardless of reason the provided would not see me at all so I could not reschedule. Then they rescheduled me for a month later with a new provider. Truly unbelievable that I have an appointment scheduled for right now and it has to be canceled because their system isn't allowing me to log in & do ADDITIONAL consent forms. I've been seen at this facility for over 6 years. I have done paperwork over and over again for 6 years. I've done a check-in form that took over 20 minutes already earlier this week. And now because their system doesn't recognize my passwords and doesn't recognize the code that they're sending me to try to reset everything. I've been forced to cancel ... read more
Kerry has been amazing. She listens and remembers and genuinely wants to help find a solution and the right medication. I’ve had no issues with any of the other staffing!
