Dr. Raja greatly damaged my trust in mental health professionals with his profound disrespect for my time and unprofessional follow-up. This really disappointed me, as my usual doctor (Kerri Hamil-Weeks, she is phenomenal) is out on maternity leave and needed to see someone else. After spending a night in the emergancy room the night before my appointment I called to reschedule my appointment the morning of because I did not feel well enough to go. They said because I called to reschedule same day regardless of reason the provided would not see me at all so I could not reschedule. Then they rescheduled me for a month later with a new provider. Truly unbelievable that I have an appointment scheduled for right now and it has to be canceled because their system isn't allowing me to log in & do ADDITIONAL consent forms. I've been seen at this facility for over 6 years. I have done paperwork over and over again for 6 years. I've done a check-in form that took over 20 minutes already earlier this week. Kerry has been amazing. She listens and remembers and genuinely wants to help find a solution and the right medication. I’ve had no issues with any of the other staffing!
