Dr. Pope is among the most caring and diligent medical providers I have ever seen. He takes the time to listen and thoroughly consider what you say to him and goes above and beyond in his care for patients.
I’ve had really amazing experiences here, and some not so amazing. It definitely depends on the provide! Ethan Shipp is absolutely fantastic for medication management, and makes sure i’m fully aware and involved in any decision making. I absolutely adore the sweet receptionists. Seeing them is like seeing a friend or family member! They really do everything they can to ensure patients feel comfortable and safe. Dr Raja is very kind, very understanding and easy to talk to. I was impressed that on my first visit, he asked me what I would like to do concerning my medications. Other doctors or nurse practitioners sometimes ask you to try a medication, even if you are uncomfortable with it. But he let me cut back on one med that I knew was causing weight gain. I was grateful!! He has never made me do something I was uncomfortable with. And he suggested a good med change on one recent appointment. I have only seen him about three times, ... read more
Horrible staff. Very rude. I spoke with Donnie Young, manager about it, or I at least tried to talk to her, but she kept interrupting and couldn't care less. She invited me to leave a bad review. So in my opinion, intermountain psychiatry and counseling clinic treats their customers poorly and was very disrespectful.👎
Cathy Seegers is absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, I was referred to Dr. Nichols, who is absolutely terrible to work with. Nichols is the kind of doctor that could care less, in his eyes patients are just a number; individualized care is not important to him, at all. He is an absolute embarrassment, he wasted my time, and money.
