Had a great time with a pontoon rental. Quick and easy process first thing in the morning as they opened up and easy drop off at the end of the day. Boat was excellent and easy to use. Plenty of room for 8 people and tons of drinks and snacks. Tube rental was excellent and kids had fun all day. Would highly recommend
Best customer service I've ever had! We rented a Honda side by side and took it up to Crouch. After a short drive up a Forrest Service rd, it stopped shifting properly. I called them and spoke with the owner who asked if a slightly larger machine would work for our plans. He delivered that machine to us in Crouch from Nampa and never made us feel bad about the situation. We were able to complete our weekend of fun...two more days of riding. Thank you! We'll definitely rent from them again and recommend them to others.
Some friends and I rented a boat from them and we came across some troubles about two hours into our adventure. They came out to help within 15 minutes of our call for help and brought us another boat so we could enjoy the rest of our day! They are awesome people and we are all so thankful for their help and accommodating our group. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to rent a watercraft!!
Worst company ever! Owner will literally hang up on you if you call him to discuss his broken down boat. We had a family reunion, rented s boat, two people were able to wakeboard before it died on the second person. Had to be towed up. Boat wouldn't start at all, no one had cell phones on the boat as the whole point of the trip was to detach from that. Got t into the dock, had to load it manually. 18 year old employee said we damaged the prop. The prop that wouldn't move and was already damaged when we took the boat. If you ... read more
