I went to this hospital with debilitating pain in my right leg. Just because I had previously been on buprinorphine for 10 years for former alcoholic issues 10 years ago. The doctor let me lay in the hospital bed for 5 hours screaming for dear life in pain and he assumed I was exhibiting drug seeking behavior even though I had not one time asked them for pain medication though I badly needed it for my situation and I couldn't of because they just left me in my room screaming and never came to check on me until I left. First time going to the doctor in years and was super nervous but Dr Reid was fantastic! Super patient, kind, and incredibly funny.
I will NEVER be able to say enough about how amazing the ENTIRE staff at Orem was for us Sadie and Corrina especially I was never left wondering never felt un cared for, the most amazing crew here seriously they all deserve the world and A RAISE
Took my grandma in after choking on a corn dog, she was fine but they didnt give me a lollipop while I was waiting.
