I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Mark Clinger, and I would not recommend him. I scheduled an appointment for routine preventive lab work that should have been fully covered by my insurance. Unfortunately, there were multiple issues that showed a lack of care and professionalism. 1. He never told me I needed to fast before the lab work, so I had to go to the hospital twice just to get my blood drawn. 2. Staff here are helpful, kind and efficient. Doctors are professional and thoughtful.
I love the family medicine and Instacare. The staff really does care about the health of all their patients
Dr Brown is awesome i never feel like i have something dumb to discuss with him. I feel like he is thorough and friendly. I am so glad he is my primary care physician.
