I went in today with strong abdominal pain and my two young, high energy boys. You can imagine that's not the best time. Not only did they get me in quickly despite me not having my insurance information prepared, the nurses in the back helped me entertain my kids and took a load off my shoulders. My doctor was throughout and concerned and addressed every question. Best Urgent Care experience I've had, thank you for making today easier!
I have never been here that I haven't had a great experience. I can just imagine the parent that has had a tough time with their little ones, all upset and than I can imagine those that work there having to deal with these upset parents all day. We need to remember they do their best. And when we get there we are not the only ones with a sickness or a child with a illness. Well hey, I suppose they do what they can do with how many doctors are on staff. Seriously, I have been here for 3 hours. Pretty ridiculous.
My doctor is Preston Carl Allen and he is a very good person to be a great doctor .you can't find a good doctor who understands that you need anything thanks for being my doctor .
I have been going to this clinic since it was built. Is it perfect? No. Nothing is. Did you know they have a awesome physical Therapy dept? Did you know they do Mammograms there? Now you do!
It's a great place to go if you don't want to go to the hospital.
I have sat here for a half hour waiting on an appointment when there are barley any cars outside and they sit there taking there time when there's hardly Anyone here worst service yet a hospital waiting room would get to me fast than this bull crap
