This review is for the Assistant(s) and staff of Dr. Livsey. Dr. Livsey is a good and knowledgeable neurologist: this review is purely for his staff and MA. My girlfriend is an Epilepsy patient of Livsey's and takes two medications to manage it. She has taken these medications since May of this year. Unexpectedly this month, our pharmacy said the doctor was no longer approving her refills. Trying to get in touch with someone from Livsey's office to resolve this has been a nightmare. One of the Most Disturbing Experiences I Have Ever Had in a Medical Office I have never written a public review in my life. I haven't even seen the doctor yet, and I am giving this clinic 1 star. I was given a referral from my doctor 3 months ago. I called the day after the referral and they told me it takes a week to get the referral in the system. I called back after a week and they said they found the referral, but it takes 6 weeks for the doctor to review the referral. If it gets approved, it can be scheduled. So I waited and waited. Dr. Cory Kogelschatz was AMAZING! Having been through the ordeal of numerous neurologists in the past (15 years ago) who were rather cold, clinical and exceptionally dismissive, I went to today's visit with a very cynical attitude, expecting the same old thing. Boy was I wrong! Dr. Cory was warm, attentive and thorough. With him I felt heard for the first time!!! I highly recommend him. P.S. The front desk ladies were adorable and the M.A. that visited with me first before Dr. Cory was a doll! 😊
