I would not recommend. Every single time I have tried to get ahold of them I am either waiting on the phone so long I have to hang up, or I wait a minimum of 15 minutes before someone answers. And to Clarify, THIS IS DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Not even an answering machine or callback number is an option. So very frustrating. If call rates are always this high, a callback number would at least make it slightly easier on patients.

Dr kogelschatz is a miracle worker. I had been diagnosed with ALS by someone else and he said while it very well could be that, there are many other things it could be. He systematically went through the different tests...bloodwork, mri, etc and finally a muscle biopsy which proved i didn't have ALS, but a very rare and treatable condition. As soon as one test came back negative he proactively order the next. I also have never had a doctor with such patience and kindness. I never felt he was trying to hurry. I am very happy to have left this center. From the start it was a bad experience. I was waiting for a call to have the appointment setup as my PCP instructed. Weeks went by so I called and was told “we called and left you a voicemail weeks ago” which was untrue (and yes, they had my number on file correctly). I went here for several visits; and there were billing issues I was left to resolve with several. Very rude and is close minded he thinks migraines are a one size fit all. spike with Brenton and he brushed off all my concerns. I have had migraines as a early teen and have tried everything known to man to help and the one thing that did work he said that was unusual as both medications were pretty similar and only needed one of them and I did explain that they did not work if I only took one of them.
