I am very happy to have left this center. From the start it was a bad experience. I was waiting for a call to have the appointment setup as my PCP instructed. Weeks went by so I called and was told “we called and left you a voicemail weeks ago” which was untrue (and yes, they had my number on file correctly). Very rude and is close minded he thinks migraines are a one size fit all. spike with Brenton and he brushed off all my concerns. I have had migraines as a early teen and have tried everything known to man to help and the one thing that did work he said that was unusual as both medications were pretty similar and only needed one of them and I did explain that they did not work if I only took one of them. The incompetence, lack of respect of the staff, and the clear lack of competent practice management guarantee your experience will be terrible. Like profoundly so. Just be warned that this is the state of care in this wing of Intermountain. It's just such a shame this once great community organization has become what Intermountain Neurosciences Institute has become. The lost opportunity to care for vulnerable members of our community are wasted on this terrible team.

My doctor left to go back East (Megan Ward). I was ok by seeing my Primary doctor after she left. She was amazing! There is a male doctor that has been there for many years. He chose not to listen to what I was telling him. I refuse to see him ever again. I think all of the other doctors are great from what I hear.

i’ve never met more arrogant doctors in my life. I ended up not going with them originally for surgery because I had heard terrible and had a terrible in office visit. I ended up needing a revision after three years and I reached back out to them to try a different doctor and I was told over the phone. You didn’t use this the first time around go away. This is the state of healthcare and department stay away if you doctors actually care about you and patients health. I know somebody who worked there that had to go somewhere ... read more
