I haven't even seen the doctor yet, and I am giving this clinic 1 star. I was given a referral from my doctor 3 months ago. I called the day after the referral and they told me it takes a week to get the referral in the system. I called back after a week and they said they found the referral, but it takes 6 weeks for the doctor to review the referral. If it gets approved, it can be scheduled. So I waited and waited. Dr. Cory Kogelschatz was AMAZING! Having been through the ordeal of numerous neurologists in the past (15 years ago) who were rather cold, clinical and exceptionally dismissive, I went to today's visit with a very cynical attitude, expecting the same old thing. Boy was I wrong! Dr. Cory was warm, attentive and thorough. With him I felt heard for the first time!!! I highly recommend him. P.S. The front desk ladies were adorable and the M.A. that visited with me first before Dr. Cory was a doll! 😊
Jeanna Burrill is AWESOME.. she is so helpful and genuinely a good person. She is very knowledgeable in what she does and patient. Takes the time necessary over the phone and in person to listen to you and help you as much as she can! You guys are lucky to have her on your team!!
