Hello Helen, I am so sorry to hear that your experience with us was a negative one. We share in your frustration with the delays in plates. Due to Covid the process has changed, along with some requirements at the DMV. Unfortunately, as discussed on the phone, the form was rejected twice and each time they take two weeks to process them. We would be happy to give you another temporary plate free of charge until your license plates arrive. Feel free to stop by the dealership to pick up temporary plates anytime.
RecommendedI've been saving thousand on my cars from Intermountain Motors for years. I'm on my 5th vehicle from them and I don't plan on going anywhere else. They are straight shooters and are very honest. If you have a question, just ask!
Intermountain Motors was great to work with. Our Camry isn’t from here but we got in a small frontend collision and Bill took our car in, repaired it, inspected it, and had it back to us in a few days. I’ve bought my last 3 cars from Bill. He always makes the experience easy. I love the car he sold us. I feel I got great value in it and all the cars I’ve bought from Bill we’ve had no mechanical problems with them. It’s a great way to buy a car. Not sure why more people don’t do it.
