he billing department at Gem State Radiology/Intermountain Medical Imaging is 1)nearly impossible to get through to directly on the phone and 2)extremely rude to deal with. I would avoid this place at all costs. Having to deal with medical concerns that require imaging is scary and expensive and stressful enough, the people they employ should be caring and helpful and not rude.
