Dr Winegar is great, been seeing her for years, She has helped me through a lot of health issues. I would recommend her highly. She is one to address issues directly. No sugar coating, that i consider honesty.

Probably the worst doctor ever! She does not care about your problems what so ever. She has treated my whole family so terribly. I would never recommend her to anyone.
Have had a couple of great experiences with Kim. Not judging the other review at all. But, I have visible tatts and I don't feel like she judged me at all.. For what I've seen her for (respiratory) she has been great!
