My experience so far with Ask HR has been positive. I've called twice with different questions and both times each person has been friendly, clear, and helpful.
I am very upset with the experience I had here. The nurses were amazing! I brought my daughter in for severe unknown pain. Her wait was long but it was to be expected but they did not address her pain while waiting. The female doctor on July 8th at 8 pm was rude and dismissive as we were leaving without care.
