They gave me antibiotics that I needed, but they never asked about my current medications or my medical history. This is very concerning for me because I have a lot of ongoing medical problems that they really needed to know about including a kidney transplant, other past surgeries, and a blood clotting mutation. I mentioned many symptoms but they focused on one and ignored the others. I still have an ongoing problem that I'll be going to urgent care for because they ignored it. I think they may have misdiagnosed me.

I honestly don't understand how, working in an emergency, the staff laughs out loud, they should have more empathy with the person who is waiting or being treated and they feel bad because if we love each other we go to a circus or a comedy show.

Was treated like garbage here except for Dr.Dan I think was his name .. the nurses and the case worker Erin were more than rude ..The emergency department issued my mother a Walker was even billed for it but yet they wanted to fight me and say that it wasn't when it was right there in front of them even our discharge paper it said it was issued and the crossed it out.. her insurance paid for it though..Becareful going to the .e.r. here with the elderly
