Last year my AC unit died. Kyle was able to fix it up, even though it was in bad condition, though he warned me that it was probably at it's end of life. This year it died again and he couldn't repair it. Since I needed a new unit, I asked if it was possible to slightly adjust the placement of the unit. He said that was no problem. We were referred to Kyle by our realtor (who has a property management company) and couldn't be happier with the service. Kyle first came to our house about two years ago. In a couple of hours, he installed a vent, installed a cold-air return, replaced the motor on our fireplace, and raised up our AC unit to remove a kink in one of the pipes.
