My granddaughter was in this facility for a month. my granddaughter was treated like absolute shit. she was telling me how horrible the staff were and how that establishment treats the kids as if they were in a dog pound. I find this very disturbing. no human should be treated the way these kids are being treated. they are supposed to be there to be getting help and therapy. not treated like garbage and that they dont matter. they rarely get fresh air. the staff talk to them like they dont matter. most staff talked bad ab... read more

absolutely horrible. I was teased for being fat by both the employees and the other patients. I was low key sexually harassed by the other patients and a lot of the techs and group therapists were douche bags. my beliefs were not respected and the people there were shitty.

I was an inpatient at this hospital. I liked the other kids there, and a few of the staff laddies but there were also some things I didn't like. A lot of the people who worked there really didn't care about the kids at all. They just did the daily review and moved on. Most of the time they did not even look me in the eye. Although, I like Ms. "Water" and Lezly or how ever you spell her name, basically everyone else treated me as if I was unimportant, and just another kid. This place needs to be shut down. I've heard the employees mock the inmates there. They want to keep them doped up, there is nothing positive, no support. It's APALLING shut it down

I went to intermountain for drug rehab and knew a girl that works there in billing named leslie she was so rude and unprofessional she talked about my rehabilitation outside of work and made my life worse than it already was trying to sober up she got me fired from work and broken up with by telling false story's about me and talking about my personal information in rehab she broke the privacy policy they hold strictly and put me through emotional stress after rehab and I lost everything afterwards I'll never recommend this ... read more

Left with bruises on my arm and below my eye. One staff member joked about putting me in a gag. Will suck the glow out of you. Felt like a hole in the wall as far as medicinal facilities go, and the scary part is they won't let you leave. They'll tell you you're on a short hold, but then make you stay for 2-3 weeks. I met a lady there that said she had been there for 78 days. It reminded me of the movie Hostel. They have an outside grassy area and they have another area with basketball hoops - but they won't take you outside... read more

I went in to Intermountain because of complications of psychosis. I found that the staff there was respectful and kind. My doctors listened to what I had to say. We were closely monitored - the staff would come by every fifteen minutes to check on where we were and how we were doing. That made me feel safe, since I knew I couldn't hurt myself without someone finding out about it. Dirty place indeed........Dirty, nasty place...nasty employees too. Employees there are scarier then the inmates. What a joke this place is.You would get better help from the people that live under bridges...just saying. How has this place stayed open?

Idaho is one of the worst places to get mental help, along with this nightmarish place (Intermounain). Please Idaho wake up already! There are idiots in charge of the likes of Intermountian!!! Please have a judge sentence you to Blackfoot! Trust me you will get more help there. Idaho you have a problem.....Intermountain is one of your biggest problems.
