Payment separate from IHC app despite being an Intermountain entity. I was given attitude when called to inquire why my account online had zero balance, but I had an overdue bill in the mail. Intermountain health really took the care out of health care. It is a corporation that only cares about paying executives exorbitant salaries and lining board member pockets and it is blatantly reflected in their patient care as well as treatment of their frontline caregivers. Physical and occupational therapy were insufficient and often rushed. They were always understaffed with respect to shower aids, not many options and no Spanish speakers or any effort made to get them. They were not very kind to my mom toward the end of their time with her. She felt very hurt and disappointed, as did I.
Their billing department is very rude and trash
