A prime example of what’s wrong with our medical industry. I received a prescription for a Cpap and followed all the guidelines for insurance to pay for it. Then when I went to re-order supplies, even after insurance paid what they were going to pay for them I was charged more than I can get the supplies directly from my CPAP company. I did not like it there I paid for nitrous because the extracted a broken tooth and he did not give me nitrous!! I had the same dentist for 26 years and he retired and I know what it does for us people that are high strung I do not recommend this place at all!!😡

WAITED ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR THEN WAS HUNG UP ON. LAST TIME I WENT TO PICK UP AT THE SOUTH JORDAN OFFICE THEY WERE CHATTING ABOUT DATING AND WHAT IT MEANS WHEN THEY SAY THIS OR THAT INSTEAD OF HELPING PEOPLE.

I had my sleep study done a year ago, went for a check up wish my doctor 3 months ago and was asked how the cpap was going. I asked what cpap. Turns out my order was canceled last year, but no one bothers to contact myself or my doctor. Doctor sends no less than 6 faxes and I followed up with Intermountain and they never received them. I personally delivered the order and am told they needed the actual results from the sleep study.
