WAITED ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR THEN WAS HUNG UP ON. LAST TIME I WENT TO PICK UP AT THE SOUTH JORDAN OFFICE THEY WERE CHATTING ABOUT DATING AND WHAT IT MEANS WHEN THEY SAY THIS OR THAT INSTEAD OF HELPING PEOPLE.
I had my sleep study done a year ago, went for a check up wish my doctor 3 months ago and was asked how the cpap was going. I asked what cpap. Turns out my order was canceled last year, but no one bothers to contact myself or my doctor. Doctor sends no less than 6 faxes and I followed up with Intermountain and they never received them. I personally delivered the order and am told they needed the actual results from the sleep study. Ended up having to forward the copy because apparently they can't receive emails from the doct... read more
