I have ordered my c pap replacement equipment twice.Now period I have gotten nothing.Nor was I told that I needed to see the Doctor and get a new prescription until to.Day. On top of the issues below, they recently gave me a mask and a cushion to try their there salesman said they wouldn't charge me for, but they went ahead and billed my insurance. Avoid this location like the plague. Have now sent my supplies to an outdated address for the third time despite me pleading with them to get address updated on my account.
