I came in for what I was told was a mask fitting and instructions for a new and different CPAP machine. I stood at a counter and was given a machine in its bag. I wasn't shown how to use it or anything about it. When I asked if it was all set up he said yes. This was just moments after I told him that I have a pressure of 18 at night. Then he gave me a box with a mask in it. I didn't get to look at or feel or try on any masks. I told him about the one I had bought myself and the issues I had with it leaking around my eyes. Linda was even more helpful than last time and this location is closer to my home, saving me so much time and gas money! Come here instead of the Provo location. There is usually horrible with customer service, helpfulness, lack of stock, etc.
