My husband had his second appointment with Dr. Jay Shu on Thursday, October 16. His office on Warm Springs is very clean, and our overall experience—from the receptionists to Dr. Shu himself—was excellent. The receptionists were friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. Ariana, his assistant, was also wonderful and very accommodating. Dr. Shu was attentive, listened carefully and never rushed through the appointments. Both times, he took his time explaining everything we needed to know which we truly appreciated.
DR. Mistry is extremely knowledgeable. Has that bed side manner that we wish all doctors have. Extremely attentive. Explained everything. Feel like im in the best hands.
