Terrible. I paid the bill in October 2024 and they have no record of my payment even though I have the receipt on my credit card statement. Forget about trying to get anyone in the US they outsource all of their billing to another country. I’m getting sent final notices now and this is ridiculous!
I’ve had many procedures with mountain west anesthesiologists at LDS hospital and they’re great. Personable guys with good bedside manner. I never had any worries about their ability to anesthetize me and keep me comfortable before and after the procedures in the PACU. I’ve had some unusually persistent headaches after and they’ve done a great job of problem solving how to change up my IV cocktail to try to fix that. Intubation from hell. My son had an uncomplicated 30-minute surgery and he ended up with trauma to the back of his throat. Severe uvulitis with necrosis. {{Look it up!}} My son‘s soft palate was swollen + bruised hot pink/purple. His uvula was stretched out + *blood red*. “Hot potato” voice. Getting bill notices after already setting up a payment plan with IHC billing, which included the anesthesia charges. Just feels sloppy and confusing. Now they will probably send a refund for overpayment later making the separate billing pointless to begin with.
Dr Neff was very kind and professional. He made me feel at ease before the procedure and made sure to answer any questions I had. Great experience!
