I’m not even an established patient yet. I found out I was pregnant very early on in January and mind you,this is/was my very first pregnancy. I didn’t know what to do so whenever I had my first positive,I looked into my insurance and tried to find a female OB (because I’m more comfortable with the same gender). I miss an appointment, because I had a family emergency. The receptionist told me to call next time a day before so the appointment doesn't go to waste... Called to try to establish care, I felt like the receptionist’s goal was to deter anyone from making an appointment. Facts are one thing (they are booked out until mid next year), but the tons of annoyance and lack of desire to help is another.

I have seen Dr. Fieldsted here a few times, and he is great! Very personable and knowledgeable. Also, big shoutout to Connie who works at the front desk. No matter how early in the morning I'm there, she is just always so bright and happy. She always brightens my day when I show up. She is awesome!
