They would be fine if they could figure out billing. I've been trying to resolve a bill for $1500 with them for a year now. This was a standard Dr. appointment with lab work. They are billing to insurance wrong and it should be in-network, but they can't figure out how to bill it correctly. The sad part is that my wife is on my insurance and sees the same Dr, using my insurance plan, and it gets billed as in-network every time. I've wasted dozens of hours on this because they can't figure out how to bill insurance properly.
Every single time I get any work done and I am self pay, my Dr requires I pay upfront. So 2 months later these guys randomly send me a bill for the exact same thing!!! If I wasn't paying attention I would really be getting jibbed and double paying for everything!
Im from out of state! I was so nervous being seen outside my regular ER. But this hospital gave me the best care. Blake H Drury was amazing. The staff all super friendly. I was taken very good care of!
