Dr. Amit Duggal is the best doctor I have experienced in Las Vegas. He is very knowledgeable, takes his time with you and never rushes you. He treats you with compassion and listens to you. I highly recommend him.

Horrible threatening service. This is a horrible primary care physician office. Went in a handful of times and they can’t seem to get anything correct or consistent. FMLA forms have been filled out incorrectly multiple times by Dr. Hayes, having me going back and forth to get the actual correct information submitted to my workplace. I feel sorry for their Staff trying to work cross-culturally with Seniors. English receptive and expressive skills are poor. They seem worried about making mistakes and not managing care adequately. They have lots of cross-cultural issues and need more culturally sensitive classes and understanding the language skillls of AARP Citizens who are educated. Medicare likes feedback on deliverers of medical care.
If I could give 0 stars I would! I changed insurance just to be able to get better care at this office but so far not so sure. I brought in the DMV form for disabled placard to be filled out & faxed. Then found out at DMV they no longer accept faxed forms. So I called to get original form sent to me, after 3 calls & 2 weeks later I finally get the form. Only to find out after 3 hour wait that form was filled out wrong!!!
