Intermountain has failed me in more ways than one. No wonder many doctors will no longer take IH. I've been waiting 1 year to get my cochlear hearing aids. BAHA 6's. It took forever for you to send the proper authorization paper work to Cochlear America. Shame on you.
Dr. Batugal is the best primary care doctor I've ever had. He takes time to listen to my concerns. He's thorough in his exam. He's genuinely concerned for my well-being.
