If I could give zero stars, I would. This place makes it impossible to schedule an appointment with them. Even with a referral they apparently never receive, they won’t schedule an appointment for you until they see it in their system. You also have to have a diagnosis on the referral when the whole point of the appointment is to find a potential diagnosis. 🤦‍♀️ Not only is that extremely frustrating, but the scheduling staff is so rude and dismissive. Nightmare trying to get an appointment - spent at least 8 hours calling over the course of the week and continuing to be given more hoops and diagnosis and lab work to get an appointment. Was told by office manage drive my lab work over and then was turned around at the front desk. Finally get an appointment and they booked me with someone who couldn’t pronounce my diagnosis

Absolutely do not recommend this facility. As others have said their communication is abhorent. To start they are archaic in the demand that a referral must be faxed over. I've never encountered an office that does not utilize email. In addition they said it's common for patients to physically drive to their office to make appointments in person.
