The entire staff and Dr Duggal are just fantastic. They are courteous, friendly and professional. It is very calming to feel that you are with people who genuinely care. Dr. Duggal has been fantastic. She really listens and gives good advice.
Showed up 10 minutes early. 40 minutes later and 5 people getting called back before me, I left. So unprofessional.
Set up a new patient appointment just to be called and told I was not welcome at the clinic for appointments because they do not take my insurance that only certain intermountain clinics take my insurance. They called me right before I left for my appointment. I scheduled this last week and was not told anything about it when I gave them my insurance. They could have told me at the time of scheduling my appointment.
I just get put on hold forever when I call. Waited for an hour
