My doctor, Sheila Tack is great but why bother making an appointment if you're not going to be seen on time. My appointment was for 10:30, they make you come 15 minutes early. Its now 11:08 and I haven't even been called back to the "2nd waiting room" of going into a room. Just zero respect for their patient's time which is so frustrating because I like my doctor but hate the experience of waiting when I'm here. Might have to look for someone else who is willing to respect my time.
One of the worst experiences I've had in my adult life. I'm getting the runaround Every phone number they give leads to another phone number. I had a botched video call with Dr. Amber Lee. I could barely understand anything she was saying! They do not have my medical records and she couldn't do anything for me. For a two minute and 30 second phone call they want to bill $200 for no services rendered!
