Horrible Front Office staff.
I been coming here for over 20 years. They used to have competent office workers. Since they fired all the one that knew what they were doing. The office staff here now is just stumbling along...
Called in at 8:33am for a phone call back from our NP Erin Nashimoto. We reviewed all symptoms with the agent on the phone and were told Erin would call us back very shortly. Waited all day and called in twice for status updates and each time the phone agent would state that someone would call and we have been put on the priority list. 4:31pm we got worried since they close at 5pm and still had not received a call back.
