Front desk is the slowest and rudest there is. I stood in line with only two people for over 25 minutes. Seriously most people are bombarded with emails and texts to pre-sign in online to avoid waiting. We do that and yet here we are waiting. Nobody wants to stand around in the doctor's office to check in. And somebody's got to make it a simpler process. Don’t waste your time. I called in September 2025 to book an appointment and was scheduled for March. A week before the appointment, they called to say it was scheduled incorrectly and canceled it. The next available appointment was August 2026, after I had already taken time off work.We still showed up for my partner’s appointment, but we were one minute late and the doctor canceled it entirely with no flexibility. Extremely poor scheduling, zero consideration for patients’ time, and very frustrating overall.
Front office is rude
I made an appointment with this location’s call center unfortunately I am never provided a direct number to this location in order to confirm my appointment. The call center confirmed an appointment for today now at the front desk Taylor and the rest of the staff are unhelpful and rude. I thought on my last appointment that Taylor may have been having a bad day but she is just an unhelpful employee. Edit: called the phone number given for the clinical relations team and never revieved a call back, solidifying they do not care about their patients. Very disappointed on how quality of service has gone so severely down. I only stay here for Dr Miyashiro at this point. The manager doesnt care to hear concerns, as ive been left in a room over 30m waiting for him just to have him leave without acknowledging me. This has happened 3 times now with serious concerns regarding lack of care or medical neglect from their providers. ... read more
