I've been here a handful of times. Everytime I've come it's been a really long wait. One time was 3 hours for a general visit. Blood work, over an hour and I just gave up and walked out. I don't ever have timing issues when I do blood at Quest. Having to find another place that manages appointments better.
As far as having caring people at this facility there are a few. And as the saying goes there are also some bad actors and bad apples in the bunch. One who needs to be let go is Martha. I will tell the story as it unfolded. I had an appointment with Las Vegas skin and cancer. which was setup by Inter Mountain. I got a call from there rep asking me to set an appointment. We have an appointment at 15:40. They asked us to be at their location at 15:25, which we did. It's 16:15 at the moment. They made us waited 50 minutes. So, they over booked people. I understand that they trying to make as much money as possible. But making people wait about an hour It's not good.
Staff and Provider is amazing, especially for a Senior focus clinic. Clean, friendly and knowledgeable team, from front desk to the provider.
