We have an appointment at 15:40. They asked us to be at their location at 15:25, which we did. It's 16:15 at the moment. They made us waited 50 minutes. So, they over booked people. I understand that they trying to make as much money as possible. But making people wait about an hour It's not good.
Staff and Provider is amazing, especially for a Senior focus clinic. Clean, friendly and knowledgeable team, from front desk to the provider.
This place is a joke... do not care about patients.. I was fighting with the insurance company on medication and I need them to submit the appeal since I cannot do it and they literally told me that they would not help me and since there is a retail version of the medication, to use that... even though the retail version is not even close to the same... I have been there 2 years and seen 4 doctors becuase they keep leaving...Guess I will follow suit and leave too... Eff this place. STAY AWAY.
