Worse service ever!!!!!! So sad my parents are 90 and 88 years old, when ever they need they’re medications refills and I have to call for approval I have to pretty much beg them please, please they’re out of their medications and they always say “yes we’re going to escalate this medications for them” BUT unfortunately NEVER EVER happens 2 or 3 weeks later after few calls then they’ll call Walgreens approving the medications in need. I called Humana and hopefully they could help me finding another clinic for my parents!!!!!!... read more
I went here because I had a sinus infection. Np Olivia proceeded to tell me I didn't need antibiotics because too many antibiotics leed to resistance and then pawned me off to Sinus center of NV. She was completely dismissive and didn't bother to listen to my concerns. Since she refused to treat me, I ended up with a sinus infection and bronchitis, coughing up blood. The entire staffs meet and greet is totally awesome.....
They honestly deserve more than 5 stars , I love my physican Nathania Park ,her medical assistants and all the staff @ my physican s office. Intermountain Healthcare , is the best, Nathania Park is very caring, honest, patient, and is very much an important part of my health getting me to see the benefits and overall picture of the quality of life i can have, if i continue to work on the it with the help of Intermountain Healthcare wonderful health care.
