If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service you could possibly imagine. Complete disappointment of our healthcare system. We arrived at the ER at 6pm for my 3 year old's emergency who's neck glands was swelling and bulging and in pain. We waited to be admitted for over 2 hours. Then once we were finally admitted we sat in the patient room for over an hour and a half before anyone came in to speak to us. Im went er 3/14/2026 for blood diarrhea completely check in 5:01pm at that time im only me and 2patient after me ,they got me in room 30min later, most er room empty no body comes in ,30 minutes later nurse come in hookup check in heart raise, oxygen to the system then left ,6:30pm, another comes get information and makes me sign ,im tell her I'm in this room 60minutes I have alot blood, bleeding diarrhea no body do anything like blood test urine test, she raise her voice not my job, I told her can you talk with doctor if aw... read more

Customer service in the billing department could use some upgrades. Call was super fuzzy, and it was hard to make out the words the service rep was saying over the phone. The lady I was talking to had a small accent but that wasn’t the problem, it was the rest of the noise in the background and fuzziness of the call that made the words hard to decipher. Had to ask multiple times for her to repeat what she’s said

Wish I could give 0 stars. Was sent home from the ER when I was 2 days post op and my bowels were trying to come out of my incision. Went to a different er and was taken into surgery right away.

Great hospital! Clean. Primary children’s has doctors there. Would recommend
