I thought I got good care but it turns out, I was not shown the correct way to wear the masks… pretty basic and I was having major problems with the air going straight into my eye balls and the leaking. If only I was shown the correct way, I would have had a better experience. I wasted much time in the first 90 days and am frustrated beyond measure.
The worst experience ever! They had my prescription for a month before I received my catheters. Despite me calling every week. They didn’t offer to send me samples when I told them I was out and while I was waiting for them to process the order.In fact the catheter company who didn’t accept my insurance followed up with me every week and sent me catheters until I finally received my order. I APPLIED FOR FINANCIAL AID 150 DAYS AGO AND MY FILE IS STILL PENDING. ONE. HUNDRED. AND. FIFITY DAYS!!!! I'm happy to remove this review once I'm treated like a human and contacted directly from the head of a financial aid department
The staff is so professional, capable and helpful.
Very very helpful! I live near Richfield and have gotten cpap supplies there and it’s worth it to drive all the way up to Murray to get supplies. The lady was so kind, prompt, attentive, and well versed about the products.
