One of my worst experiences ever had with any company, medical or other. All I heard was excuses why they didn’t call or follow up with me. I was looking for medical equipment. I am a solution person I can’t stand excuses, therefore in the end the incompetent and lack of caring caused me to find another company to fill my needs. Hopefully people read this and go elsewhere.
Intermountain health home & hospice billing is horrible! I have sent numerous notes, messages, spoke to several people about my bill and where it needs to be sent. But they continue to bill me and disregard what needs to be done! It’s ridiculous work with there billing!
Overall service was good.
The gentlemen who delivered the bed were amazing.
