RecommendedMy mother was brought to McKay with pneumonia and sepsis. The staff has been so unbelievably good to her. The nurses and CNA’s have been so kind to her and it gives me so much hope that she will get better.
RecommendedThe er and staff were wonderful and helped me move my father over from the insta care where he was treated horrible!!! Don’t ever take your loved ones to the insta care. They aren’t part of the hospital. The er doctor and staff are amazing. Thank you for taking such good care of my father

Poor experience in the ED. Reached out to discuss what had happened because there was room to improve for other patients. They never even bothered to ask questions or try to understand. Obviously they are not interested in improving patient care.
RecommendedDixie Regional Medical Center, has always taken good care of me. I am there more than I would like to be sometimes, but they have helped me to keep on going.
They are a fine Emergency Care. NOT!! Hung up on me because they couldn't or did not want to answer my question. Very INEPT in my opinion. This is what our health care system has turned into. Oh call 911 ?? How about just speaking with someone and be genuinely concerned. If you hang up on someone seeking emergency care for their wife who is very distraught and needs help---You DON'T hang up on them unless you are a Total INEPT A-HOLE! Right now I don’t but maybe that will change. As of right now tho I doubt very much I would ever recommend or go there again!
