We love Primary Children's hospital/out patient services. They were awesome with my daughter when she had lab work as she was so scared after another facility had to poke her twice for an IV. Not to mention the stuffed bear, rabbit, and color poster. This meant the world to her.

This place saved my brother's life 10 years ago. And now Theyre going to be working with us for my son when he's born because of a possible serious condition when he's born. They're great. They're nice. Parking and finding the place was easy. And all the employees seem to actually enjoy their work. Im extremely thankful for this place.

My grand baby was referred here from Children's Clinic Billings, Mt for a rare muscle disease (MG) The patient social workers were so professional and comforting in every phone call that was made to my daughter concerning my grand daughters stay starting April 13th,2017. My daughter told me in the 1st phone conversation we had 'Mom they treat us so good here and have made us feel so comfortable ' they made sure accommodation was ready for my family .. They were so quick and helpful. Not only was my son their top priority, they made sure that my husband and I were doing fine while we were there.
