First of all I received a call from Tosha (super nice and very informative) to schedule my MRI. Everyone was exceptionally nice and very patient with me. I was a little nervous because this was a 1st for me and they put me at ease immediately. I would recommend them to all my family and friends!!

Quick to answer the phone; got in and out in 15 minutes. Technician was very kind and explained each step.

The staff is very courteous and explanatory. I would definitely recommend Touchstone to my family and friends! I’ve had 4 MRI’s and an ultrasound since February. Each experience has been pleasant. I don’t usually know the name of the techs, but I saw a tech named Josh today and he was amazing!

Had an appointment at 2:15 today, was told to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. At 3:00 I was still waiting for my appointment, handed them my paperwork and walked out. Worst ever!!!!!

They are billing me twice for a service that is included for my insurance agreed price. After multiple calls to billing they cannot explain why. The customer service is awful!!!!

I’ve spent a lot of time here over the past 4 years, taking care of my elderly parents. I’ve had great experiences, even in difficult times but lately, not impressed. Between rude doctors, dysfunctional nurses and staff, but today takes the cake. With Covid-19, I haven’t been able to assist my mom with her medical treatments. A tremendous professional staff from day 1, addressing the immediate ER Covid-19 admitting my brother, Adam on April 17th, 2020. Dr. Richard Gerry from General Trama Surg is very rude and does not have any bedside manners conducting with patients. He stated to the nursing staff and everyone in the office that I was a "blah blah blah case" from the hallway when the nursing staff was explaining my case. Then he entered my room with a rude attitude and attempted to talk to me like I am a idiot by asking "what would you like me to do" Well if I knew the answer I would not be wasting time and money sitting in his office. A****le!

Best hospital in Utah!!!! State of the art facilities, all Dr’s & Specialists educated & trained w current, most up to date technology & medical practice. I highly recommend! My neurologist Dr KogeLshatz is excellent & helped diagnose my carpal tunnel.
