Unfortunately First time patient and wish I could give 5 stars because the facility, doctor, nurses, and over the phone staff were amazing but the front receptionist was a negative in the experience. My appt was at 8:30 but they ask you to be 15min early. After waiting almost 20 min for my uber the driver canceled the ride and a new one had to be found. Very clean and friendly staffs and the medical teams are very dedicating
They canceled me 2 times and each time extended my primary care visit by multiple months. Instead of trying to make it right they offered to put me on the bottom of a “waiting list” and extended my appointment by another 5 months. I’ll be looking for someone who values customer service
This is first time in my life that I had trouble getting my insulin and freestyle libre 3 plus blood glucose monitor prescription refill….. I am so mad that I am seeing red. I have half of pen fill left and 3hrs left on my blood glucose monitor…. I contacted them personally, had 3 phone calls with representatives and used their online tool…. No response whatsoever and all I get from receptionist is “I will send them messages”….. I am really disappointed and regretful that I switched insurance
Why bother if you can't even get an appointment here. App doesn't work, shows zero appointments available. Wait on hold for over 45 minutes so someone can finally answer, put me back on hold 20 times, then hang up on me in the middle of the call and not have the courtesy to call back.
