Put screw into my hip that was inserted too far and hit spinal cord. Doctor was extremely rude and refused to listen. Social worker ignored responsibilities to Medicaid and still refuses to accountability. If I could I would put a minus rating. I do not recommend IHC
Lab lady was rude.
Their billing department is absolutely horrible. I was working out an issue with them and got sent to collections without notice. I will go out of my way to make sure I do not use any drs in the ihc network. Super disappointed
