Dr. Eric Grimm is a very good pediatrician—professional and attentive. However, the referrals department is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I called over a month ago to request a referral. They took all my information and clearly told me it would be sent. After waiting this long with no update, I called back only to find out that the referral was never submitted.What’s even more concerning is the lack of accountability.
