I have had terrible experiences with the ER and Access Center. Don’t go to the ER if you have depression, they will place you in a windowless room, confiscate your phone, and lock the door. It made things worse and they did not help at all. I tried the Access Center for help, which was recommended. As I sat down, I was being asked a series of questions. I had Amazing psychiatrist,s during my stay , great food hands down!! Techs were super friendly, checked on me asked if I needed anything else etc!! I honestly loved the group,s they were super helpful, learned new copeing skills!! Safe and clean environment, loved the nurse,s I had during my stay , vailedated my concern,s as well as the psychiatrist,s I have seen!! Social worker,s were awesome, explained my plan, my discharge plan , kept me informed and my safety plan etc !! Thank you intermountain!!

I was not happy with my stay At b- med , not all but I noticed how rude some tech,s were , couldn't be bothered when you ask for stuff you needed, got dirty look,s , I felt I was being rushed out , the only good thing I had , was my doctor ,s during my stay !! the food was good ,! but they did some medication change,s, I was on 2 pill,s that literally dropped my blood pressure, they stoped those, thankfully , because my doctors stoped it ! but they told me to go lay down, I honestly didn't think that was a good idea, I am ho... read more

I'm very much grateful for everyone that helped me including the employees in the kitchen that prepared my delicious food, thank you so much. I liked the groups and watched Steve Irwin, that helped me feel better. Thank you Dr Vasquez, nurses, Techs. My advice to anyone struggling with mental health issues for whatever reason, study your Bible and pray to God, that helps.
