Facility is clean and safe. Staff are amazing, but caution to anyone transgender… The psychiatrist put me on a washout where he had all of my medication immediately stopped during my last stay. This included medication related to diagnosed GI issues and my HRT for gender transition. The GI concerns were quickly rectified. However, the psychiatrist continued to withhold my HRT citing ethical concerns with continuing it. I came in as a drug induced schizophrenic and had been dealing with addiction for almost 12 years. When I came in, they didn't explain anything to me about the computers, cameras, microphone and satellite connected to my brain! I've been dealing with this since 5/11/2017. I honestly don't Understand the Bad Reviews, but I am ignoring them! The Access Center and B med have helped me so so much when I was at my breaking point with depression, suicidiation , anxiety and etc ! The doctor,s , nurses and staff , and social workers have been nothing but supportive and kind ! I honestly wish I could give them 10 Stars !!

The Access center and it's staff were there to accept, support and care for a family member when she desperately needed it. Dr. Vasquez, Nathan Butler and EVERYONE there treated us with love, attention and guided us during a very difficult time. The outcome and healing process have been astonishing and ongoing care and support have been totally successful. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I (we) are forever grateful.
