The guy called for our phone appointment and i had forgotten since the calendar for my mom was at her house, but she had been taken to the rehabilitation facility after her hospital stay. So he punitively said we had to do onsite visits from now on Then he asked for the phone number of the rehabilitation facility and i was away from my desk and he incredulously said “how do you not know the phone number of your mother’s rehab center”?
