I have been to this place in the past and they were great, up until my last visit, 1.I accidentally left my Stanley in room 116 and they called me the next day advising it was there in the lost and found, I showed up and the front desk lady said there’s no lost and found it’s kept up front and they don’t have it, to come back tomorrow between 8-5pm. Coming from a health care worker I understand having a system change, I understand the morning is busy when you open, but having 15 patients crowding around the front desk while gathering patient information is a HIPPA violation, you guys have a sign on the front desk that says not to do that yet both front desk ladies were telling people to wait by the front desk. This is unprofessional and a violation of my medical rights. Educate your front desk.

My wife I came in together with the same symptoms. We were seen together and diagnosed together. All the staff were helpful and efficient and we really appreciated their service.

Another great experience at InstaCare! The front desk, MA and Dr. Sarah Lee were very professional and helpful.
