I had a fantastic experience! I did my pre-registration on line and upon arrival was greeted by Margie, who was very friendly and informative. In less than 5 minutes my name was called and I was taken to the exam room and prepared for Dr. English, who was assisted by Erin. The procedures went smoothly and they were very professional, taking time to answer my questions and explain everything! The entire staff, Sharol, Margie, Heidi made me feel that they truly care about people and love being able to serve them.
I would strongly discourage you from seeing Dr Desmond. He removed an atypical mole on my neck but did a horrific job on the stitching and now I’m left with a huge Frankenstein looking scar in a very visible location. He hardly spoke to me and provided no education on the procedure nor any follow up. I was not informed about how invasive this would be and that the incision would be over 2 inches long. This place is a disaster. The office is run poorly. And the doctors have horrible bedside manner and only care about convincing patients to suffer and have unwelcome treatment. The doctors perform services based off of how much money they can make instead what the patient needs. Dr Bryce permanently scarred my skin performing a procedure I did not want, need or asked for.
