This was my preferred emergency room. It was somewhere I felt respected and treated like a person. I no longer feel that way. I will never step foot in the facility again. The doctor said the most unprofessional thing to me and instantly degraded me in 8 words. I will be filing a formal complaint. If you are in recovery with a significant amount of clean time, do not go here. The staff may treat you like a person but the doctor, not so much.
If I could give zero stars I would give zero the nurses working on June 3 around 2 PM two male nurses absolutely unprofessional and rude, and should not be in the healthcare service with their non-empathetic attitudes
Workers were rude & didn’t care to fully examine me
