So sad to see that the billing is a huge part of these reviews. I have had outstanding care by some of the physicians and one time they saved my life. I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for the excellent staff that took care of me. This isn't a billing company nor a collections agency. These physicians aren't to blame for glitches in the system. Billing is a courtesy and it isn't up to the physicians to take care of our bills. They are the people saving lives day in and day out. Thank you for saving my life!

The absolute WORST. I would give -10000 if possible. They never sent me any bills but claim they did. They then sent my bill to collections. I have been fighting the bill in collections for 2 years. They billed the wrong insurance in the first place then sent it to collections. I knew they never billed my insurance and did several 3 way calls with IEP and my insurance. Called in regards to a collection letter that I received that only had an amount that I supposedly owe. The letter was from MRS and the girl on the phone gave me a 1-800# to call. The guy that I spoke with was extremly rude and supposedly couldn't find me "in the system". He wanted me to verify my social security number and I eventually just hung up the phone because it sounded like a straight up scam.

One star is still way too high to give these retards. Absolutely atrocious experience. If you have 50/50 chance of dying in the next 2 hours and this place is 5 minutes away, I’d risk it and drive literally anywhere but here.
