I'm so livid about dealing with this place. We paid in full for my son's braces. Our insurance paid for part. Due to being military, we had to move a couple months before he was due to have them taken off. I was just going to have Dr. Allen take them off, since I was advised that orthodontists Don't like to use other orthodontist's equipment. Dr. Coates and the staff made me feel horrible, he was unprofessional during my root canal treatment for multiple reasons. I was in tears after leaving because I was so flustered. Getting my bill and my dental discount plan applied was a nightmare. I called and left messages with my information, yet I had to be the one to call each and every time to talk with someone regarding my bill. Please kindly refund me for the extra charge of $195 that was unnecessary procedure and you told me straight to my face my insurance would cover it. My wife came home crying of frustration because of this issue. Please consider people need to work more than a full day to be able to pay this..
