I was looking to upgrade my 6yr+ old desk top and decided to buy new after 30 minutes of time spent with Ralph as he answered all my questions. He came to my home next day as scheduled to set up the computer. He backed-up my old computer on an external drive and walked me thru all my questions I had on the new system as he set it up. Exactly as I wanted it. Very impressed with his knowledge and will continue doing business with ICS. Those who think prices are high try calling a plumber

We brought in my pc, and they couldn’t repair it. They only ran some tests and they figured out that some parts work (which we already knew because we had just bought them), but they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. And we got charged $60. Not to mention they took 5 days to do a few simple tests. Apparently they “don’t have the right equipment to diagnose what was wrong with it.” They also scratched up my pc case. I’m pretty disappointed with it but it is what it is I guess.
Although there are not many establishments to choose from in such a quaint little city, this is certainly the place worth choosing when it comes to your computer and other technological issues. Top notch customer service is always at hand. Along with attention to the customer's every inquiry, service to fulfill each need and beautiful execution of craftsmanship & quality! Give them an opportunity to provide you with exactly what you require and much more.
I've had such good experiences with Intermountain computers every time I've dealt with them. Today he checked out my laptop and had the problem fixed in 5 minutes! Other times he's fixed my desktop and even retrieved things that had been erased (I thought). Don't hesitate, these guys know their stuff!
