I've had services with them since they took over A.C.T.s in Tombstone then Sierra Vista, 10+ Years. I'm 55 yrs old and terminally ill. Jan 14th, 2025 my caseworker (whom I hadn't seen nor heard from in 2+ years) came and did the "yearly" inspection of my home. I signed everything he handed me. Today I get a phone call from my caseworker telling me since I refused to sign the rent increase, I never refused anything!! That they are going to terminate my services.
